"Being out of state for most of the time of selling my home, Elaine made my entire experience as stress free as possible. She clearly communicated with me during the entire process. She was on top of every issue. She worked on my last minute, meaning right before closing HOA challenge by going to the HOA office in person and with patience and politeness had the issue resolved.
