Eldon Palmer

Caring for his home buying and selling clients since 2004. Eldon Palmer grew up in the small town of Chippewa Lake MI, attended Ferris State University and graduated with a B.S. degree in Printing Management. This took him to Los Angeles where he worked in the industry for 3 years before meeting his wife and moving back to Grand Rapids. They settled in Rockford, general contracted his own home and now have three beautiful girls. When not selling homes or watching his girls play sports, you will likely find him with a camera in his hand or grabbing a coffee with friends. Eldon’s real estate career began with buying distressed properties, rehabbing them, and flipping them for a profit. He was a part-time agent for several years while he was a work at home dad to his girls. In 2011, he decided to go full time helping people buy and sell homes. He considers most of his clients as friends and many of them keep in touch over the years. He really cares for his clients and am always happy to help after the sale. This is why the vast majority of his business is now referrals and repeat clients. As of 2020, Eldon now leads THE PALMER GROUP as a team of 3 including his licensed agent, friend, and teammate Korbin as well as his closing coordinator and general admin, Joni.
