Eldon is a person you should have on your side. He is like bull dog when working on your behalf. He negotiated a very tough successful Short Sale on our property with the Banks. Worked diligently to produce the necessary paper work and prod the banks along to make the sale. He works with a very competent Title Company which made the closing easy to do. I found Eldon while searching on the Internet for a home to buy and I'm sure glad I did. He was the only one who responded quickly, gave me things to look at before I even met him. Once I met him, I knew I had made the right choice. He responds quickly to my phone calls, texts, or emails. We have gone out multiple times to look at homes and his advice and insight into the property is definitely what I needed to help me make my decision. He also learns what you are looking for quickly and does not try to take you to places that do not fit that criteria. First let me say than without a doubt I am recommending Eldon Warfield to anyone looking for a home in West Central area of Florida. He went above and beyond our expectations in helping us find the right home. He was available 24/7 and never failed to return a call/text or email in a timely manner. We spent two months in the Tampa area (from KY) looking at many properties and Eldon was there whenever we needed him. He was with us every step of the way from selecting the homes, making an offer, closing, taking care of the new home for three months as we sold our home in Kentucky and relocated to Florida. I can't imaging finding another realtor that would have the entire process run any smoother. I would highly recommend working with Eldon, first off, HE CALLS YOU BACK! This was my biggest difficulty with trying to get information on properties. He is very responsive. I met him purely by chance as I was driving by a property I had seen on Zillow whose listing realtor had not returned my calls. We discussed what I was looking for and exchanged business cards. He responded very quickly, I had an email that night with 4 listings and he was ready to show them to me the next day. Although I had previously talked to other realtors, their response was to send me an automatic email that gave me MLS listings that met the bedroom and bathroom criteria, but I would have to sift through them myself to figure out if they were age restricted (which wouldn't work) or if they accepted pets (a necessity.) Eldon was the first one who took the time to do that for me, sending me only listings that worked for all of my needs. Although I had been looking for months, I immediately found a wonderful home. He moved very quickly on the contract, communicating on a regular basis through email and the phone. He negotiated repairs, coordinated with the title company to get needed paperwork completed remotely and handled a difficult selling realtor very professionally.
