Elena Monteith

Elena “Re” Monteith is a Florida Real Estate REALTOR®. For over ten years she has represented buyers and sellers and has also built several speculative luxury homes and investment properties.

As a Florida native, her extensive knowledge of the local Tampa real estate market, combined with a breadth of experience, allows her to exceed client’s expectations with the highest level of professionalism, service and discretion.

Her ability to develop a marketing strategy exposing a property to the highest possible number of qualified buyers, and to monitor every aspect of the selling process from negotiation through financing, will allow you the maximizing value.

Over many years, Elena has cultivated a dynamic network of buyers and investors. Her honesty, integrity and tenacity will always allow the best customer service for sellers, home-buyers and investors.

Elena was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale and currently resides in Lutz. She studied International Affairs at Florida International University and in Delhi, India. Elena also lived in Berlin, Germany for many years.

She enjoys volunteering in the ecology field and adventure travel. Elena also has extensive experience in outdoor land and ocean survival as well as mountaineering. She have tran-sailed the Atlantic, backpacked remote places throughout the word and climbed three of the seven summits. She is also featured as an expert Folklorist on the Science Channel's TV show, “Strange Evidence.”

Elena has two adult sons; one is an accountant in Tampa, the other an attorney in St. Petersburg. Her life partner, Jim Ciocia is the founder and chairman of Gilman Ciocia, now National Tax Services, a tax and financial planning firm.
