Elina is AWESOME! I'd been searching for a new home for over 3 months, to no avail. I was overwhelmed, resigned, and tired of searching. The three realtors I worked with prior, while kind, simply weren't sending me good listings. I had to repeatedly tell them what I wanted (specs) and why, but they continued to send options that were far from what I needed.

I never had to repeat myself with Elina. EVERY listing she sent me was beautiful, within budget, and in the precise area I required (close to work). Just, WOW. Her taste is stunning, and she really advocated for me to have the smoothest transition possible into my new home. She even drove to meet me the day I moved in to make sure everything was okay (a day she was supposed to fly out of the country!). She went over and beyond because she truly cares.

She drove me to several homes and was such a pleasure to get to know en route. She conveniently booked several listings within the area so I could optimize my time and find my home. I work 12+ hour says in my demanding role, and she made it happen. The very first condo I saw was THE ONE! I absolutely love it.

I can't recommend her enough. She was a delight - an ethical, trustworthy, professional, competent, kind-hearted realtor with phenomenal taste. I gave her my specs and preferences, and she nailed it on the first swing!

I'll be recommending her to anyone I know moving to the area. She's a gem. Thank you, Elina!

My roommate and I decided to make a big move to the East Coast this summer. We started apartment hunting in NY, and many things were out of our budget and/or in unsafe or undesirable locations. We were starting to feel very lost and stressed about how we would pull off finding our first home away from home. We met Elina after expanding our search into NJ and she instantly was a massive help. Not only did she drive us to certain locations because we did not have a car during our visit and it was storming, but she went out of her way to find the perfect place in our budget and ideal neighborhood even after we had flown home. She toured places for us by herself, recorded videos, and FaceTimed us. She was upfront about her process and goals of finding us the best place, not just going for anything that popped up. We were very particular so her job was no easy feat!! Besides her diligent work ethic, she is personable, funny, charismatic, and very easy to talk with. My mom always loves to chat with new people and Elina curated a warm environment where that was welcomed. I recommend Elina to anyone looking for a special home in Jersey City. Not to mention what a beautiful city it has become!

I had a very positive experience working with Elina.

Her team were always promptly on top of the details and stepped it up when there were problems (even when the problems were not their responsibility to address/resolve).

Their knowledge of the area and industry were the difference between my property purchase happening and not happening (the purchase was difficult).

I would certainly recommend her to anybody looking for professional and caring representation when purchasing a home.

Elina was competent, honest, and nice. I had shared with her my criteria and over the course of 5-6 months, she found multiple listings that matched my criteria. She was patient when we did not like certain homes, and did not make us feel rushed. She continued to give us lots of attention and made an appointment for us to see our home right when it was listed, enabling us to act fast. Overall it was a great experience working with Elina.

Update:
Elina was able to help us advertise our unit and secure quality tenants in a short period of time. She was diligent and thorough. I would recommend her to any property owners!

Elina was phenomenal to work with. After a current tenant gave short notice they'd be moving out of one of my rental properties in the Jersey City Heights, Elina quickly got to work to fill the space with new tenants. Elina is an amazing realtor! I first met her at an open house where she listened to what my wife and I were looking for and quickly found us our dream house! She worked with us to negotiate an offer and helped navigate us in the bidding war that broke out, getting us the house and a great offer. She was always responsive with any questions we had and was very supportive throughout the process. She was very on top of communication between everyone involved in the process making sure our closing was on track.

Elina is more of a friend than a real estate agent!

She's friendly yet professional, thoughtful and very hardworking, overall just a very nice person to work with. The process of buying a Coop can be mundane and painful but Elina worked very hard to make sure everything is as smooth as possible.

We very much appreciate that we could contact Elina at all times and she would give us immediate and honest answers to all of our questions at the best of her capacity. She is definitely someone who you can rely on, especially when it comes to making a major decision such as buying a home.

Elina is the best!

Buying a home can be super stressful and Elina will be there to make sure you feel comfortable. She will encourage you to contact her day and night for anything. If you have questions, she will get answers. She will wait at the tax assessors office to get you that document you wanted to see, even though you didn’t ask her to. She will anticipate your need to see the property “just one more time” and have an appointment lined up even before you asked. In addition, she lives in JC and knows it well, so she’s good for a tour as well.
