Elisa Polo was so wonderful and helpful throughout the whole process! We didn't know much about selling and Elisa always went out of her way to explain everything to us and was always there when we needed her! Elisa displayed professionalism while also being extremely supportive and kind throughout the long process! I would recommend Elisa Polo to everyone because you will not find a more dedicated and genuine agent anywhere! She truly is phenomenal at her job!

As a first-time home buyer, Elisa was a joy to work with. She was always ready to help find answers to our questions (and we had a lot!). Elisa always kept us up to date on the home-buying process so that we would know what we needed to do. It was clear she worked hard to find us our dream home! Elisa was wonderful to work with! She helped in the search for an apartment for my dad and brother. She took initiative and asked us the basic questions first and then quickly set up a call with us to ask more detailed questions. She explained where she would be looking and how the process works with the different tools she had available. She connected with us often on the status of our search. She was very friendly and professional! She listened to our needs and made sure she addressed them. I would love to work with her again and would recommend her to all who ask!
