With almost 3 decades of combined experience, Elisabeth and Michael Blalock have a wealth of experience and insight to share with their clients at Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty. Working as a cohesive wife/husband team, they each bring unique strengths to the table. Elisabeth has a depth of contract knowledge and negotiation experience from having worked through so many different real estate markets; she really knows how to interpret the current market and will ensure you feel well taken care of during the process. Michael brings a background in real estate appraisal, construction, and flipping homes to their partnership. Together, their strengths combine to provide friendly and expert communication skills, market analysis, contractual, negotiation, and home valuation expertise through every step of each transaction. Impressively, this excellent teamwork has allowed them the opportunity to close on over thirty successful transactions each year!

In their spare time, Elisabeth and Michael enjoy spending time with their young son, swimming in their backyard pool, and camping on their property in Concrete, Washington. They love to attend their sons' sports games and have as much fun as possible in every circumstance. Elisabeth is recently into fly fishing and loves to read fiction. Michael likes to entertain and is an amazing chef. He is also an active member of the Lion Club, which supports hearing and vision for all in their communities.
