Elisabeth is the BEST realtor we’ve ever worked with (and we’ve worked with an exhaustive list of realtors)! She went above and beyond during our home purchase and was available day or night to explain each technical document, gather resources for review, and brainstorm best practices. I’ve never come across a realtor who was as proactive and effective in customizing her approach to fit clients as meticulous and inquisitive as we were. She even collaborated on shared Google sheets and documents whenever we tagged her on questions and lists which made the process of buying from out of state even more convenient and comforting.

We closed on our home in less than 30 days and Elisabeth was tactful and thorough in completing each and every step in the process. We couldn’t have done it without her being so accommodating and thoughtful; she anticipated our needs and met them all with expert advice.

Elisabeth provides end-to-end guidance and white glove service from discovery all the way to move-in (and even beyond). Her follow up game is on point! Elisabeth was an absolute pleasure to work with and we’re happy to have gained her as our very first friend in our new home state. We’re so blessed that she was our realtor and would choose her again in a heartbeat!

We met Elisabeth a year ago while she was selling another home in our neighborhood, after just a few minutes of talking with her I knew she was the person I wanted to use to sell our house, once we were ready to put our home on the market she was there for us every step of the way! I had handled my previous five real estate transactions on my own. The work was time consuming. On my most recent transaction I had the pleasure of working with Elisabeth.
She knows the neighborhood well. She found the property that met my criteria and did everything I expected and more.
As usual there were challenges; but with her assistance we overcame those problems and we were able to close the transaction on time. She was available whenever I needed her and I greatly appreciate her help.
After the sale closed she followed up several times. She is a great agent and I recommend her.

We just bought our first home in Ridgefield, Washington so so happy- we couldn’t have done it without Elisabeth as our realtor by our side. We went up to Washington from California the weekend of June 12th, saw the home in Ridgefield and went into contract on June 15th – 3 days later which was amazing! We knew nothing about buying a home in Washington. We close on the house in less than 30 days, sooner than expected. Hands down Elisabeth made the entire process so smooth and seamless. She guided us every step of the way, provided us updates, and she was incredibly responsive and never missed a beat. Additionally, she gave insightful advice when we were trying to figure out how to make our offer competitive which led us to getting our offer accepted. Albeit, the seller received multiple offers, our offer was the one that got accepted. She knew the market and the neighborhood well. Her communication and follow through was absolutely on point. We knew what to expect every single time and she explained every process so well. She is resourceful, patient and thorough during the entire home buying process; and even after we closed, she followed through and gave us a list of resources and contacts we needed to get situated as we were not very familiar with Washington at all. She really went above and beyond. Thank you so much Elisabeth!!!
