Elise’s Bachelor’s Degree is from Purdue University in Interior Design. Her degree is helpful in assisting customers to envision spatial modifications or changes in principles or elements of design that would make the property perfect for them. She also offers assistance with ideas for small, inexpensive changes that her sellers can easily complete to make their home ready to market.

Elise has a proven marketing plan combining internet marketing, print advertising, email and phone networking, well attended open houses and house parties with homemade delicacies for the guests plus her artistic old-fashioned postcards have become a main stay in the South Tampa neighborhoods.
