Twining Valley Retirement Community is a 55+ community. The Basic Service fee includes individual unit maintenance including appliances, lawn care, snow removal, water/sewer/trash, cable TV, internet, insurance, management fee, reserve, and activity fee. Our Community Building boasts social activities, a large community room, TV room, library and fitness center.
