I’m Elissa Laderach, also known as your go-to Alexandria community guide. When I’m not meeting with my awesome clients, you will probably find me at a local coffee shop (St. Elmo's, Junction and Misha's are my faves!) with a cold brew, on a run around Del Ray or Old Town, or walking my two doggos. People mostly know me for my adventures both local and beyond, my two golden retrievers, or my design skills - once upon a time I was an architectural/landscape designer. I help people who desire to buy or sell a home navigate each step of the home buying/selling process in a fun, organized and laid back way. No matter when you’re ready to get moving, working with me will help the process go a lot smoother, getting you to your goals ASAP.
