issa Patterson currently serves as the Managing partner at EJMB Commercial LLC., as well as representing commercial tenants and landlords in New York City. Elissa is the exclusive leasing agent for the office buildings 330 west 38th Street, and 6 east 39th Street and is excited to be leading a team of talented, dedicated brokers.
Elissa joins EJMB Commercial after many years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. She prides herself on her customer service from first meeting through closing, as well as making sure all the details through move in are taken care of.
Before becoming a real estate professional, Elissa had an eclectic career that showcased her creative side as well as her strengths as a business woman. She is very proud to have owned and operated her own chain of retail pet supply stores, Animal House, in NYC for 10 years. Later she created, along with her 2 partners, a development and production company, Three Little Chicks, where she won an Emmy and Peabody award for her work as a producer on Classical Baby for HBO.

Elissa is an animal lover and has spent a lot of time working with strays to rehabilitate them and help find them homes. Elissa lives in NYC with her husband and son.
