I have never had such a positive experience when purchasing a home. I worked with Eliza on two recent properties. I found here to be the most honest and up front and willing to do what is best for you. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any one looking to buy or sell. If I have any future real estate transaction Eliza will be the one I call.

Eliza is amazing and I could not have had a better experience working with her. She is proactive and professional, always responsive and helpful. She is encouraging and positive, but also unfailingly honest. Above all, she is savvy about the real estate market, able to give excellent advice based on her extensive experience. I found working with Eliza Proctor to be an excellent experience. She was always available and easy to communicate with. She was a wonderful choice to help us make our home purchase. From the first attempt and every attempt after until a successful purchase, I was glad to have her on my side. She is a great resource for tradespeople that do excellent and quick work. She is more interested in ensuring her clients get the best properties for the best deal. At no time did she ever try to rush us into buying anything we couldn’t afford or wouldn’t be a safe home. I will recommend her to everyone who asks and probably to those who don’t ask as well.

I really enjoyed working with Eliza. She was professional, punctual and helped me fill out all the forms I needed to buy the home. she was so courteous and thoughtful she sent me a card to see how I was doing even a year after I had bought the house. I would definitely recommend working with Eliza and I will send any referrals her way.

Eliza definitely earns 5+ stars as a local real estate agent in Humboldt County. She helped me buy my first house locally to plant my roots in Eureka, and I got the best house for the best price! I live in a super safe neighborhood and have wonderful neighbors. To this day, I can text her and she will help me with anything i need. I wish I knew more people who were buying houses to send them her way for business. I would not recommend anyone else if you are buying a house in Humboldt :)
