This is an overview of my experience with this Realtor. Elizabeth (Liz) served as my agent in procuring a quality tenant for my rental unit. Liz is a star! She was always prompt, insightful, and most importantly provided much needed guidance throughout the entire process. Liz works tirelessly day and night and was available and responsive regardless of the day of the week or time of day. Additionally, she delivered all documentation/paperwork quickly and without hesitation. When I first contacted her, this lady came out the same day on a Saturday to view/assess the property!

Realty One Group is lucky to have her as a part of the team. Liz was a guide in the entire process. For example, she took the time to thoroughly review my tenant lease agreement to ensure everything was to code and works well in my favor.

I would, without hesitation, work with Liz Anderson again.

Elizabeth is a pleasure to work with. She is very professional, down to earth, always staying on top of schedule for meetings, follow-ups and paperwork. She manages the communication between all parties involved effectively. She kept me up to date with all the necessary information throughout our entire contract, and even called and sent me updates while she was traveling overseas in a different time zone. Elizabeth is also very personable, patient and willing to spend extra time discussing strategies and options. She truly works for her client's best interests.
