Hello everyone,
I would like to write this review on Ms. Elizabeth Carrillo. My wife and I had the extreme pleasure of working with Elizabeth from June 2024 to September 2024. She assisted us in purchasing our new home and made it a seamless process. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone thinking of purchasing a new property. We must have viewed over 20 homes and she was always positive, on time and had a go-getter attitude. My wife and I had certain things we were looking for in our new home and Elizabeth was able to find every last detail. If I would purchase a new home I would definitely be making contact with Elizabeth. In 2013, we purchased a home as well and I can tell you this time it was a lot more smooth. What I enjoyed most about working with Elizabeth was her responsiveness. She would pick up every phone call or she would respond within seconds.

What an amazing woman! Elizabeth is not your conventional real estate agent. She rolled up her sleeves and dug her feet into the ground to help get the house sold. How many agents would get into the nitty-gritty of cleaning the inside and outside of the property? She made it a personal mission to sell the property, which sold on the day of the open house!

Elizabeth is the most professional and knowledgeable agent I’ve ever worked with. She is dedicated and always prepared. She helped us find the dream house in a very difficult market for buyers.
The amount of knowledge she demonstrated regarding the housing market, neighborhood basics in the areas we were looking, real estate related legislations and policies, property management and maintenance, how to examine a house, etc. was a life saver in our house hunt.
She knows her business well and marvelously navigated through different phases of the whole process with all documents carefully/accurately prepared and timely presented to us to minimize the pain for us clients. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent!

Elizabeth was the second realtor recommended by Zillow. Our first one wasn't very engaged. Once we started with Elizabeth it was full engagement. We spent almost 4 months, and looked at close to 100 houses. Sometimes 10 in a day. When we finally got a contract she was able to recommend great professionals for inspections and remediation. Most awesome agent ever.

Elizabeth has helped us buy our first home after months of searching. She responds to every question and request through email, text, or phone calls at any time of day. During the process of home buying, she has been extremely transparent with every step. She will work around your schedule and goes out of her way to do showings as they come onto the market.

In this market, it is easy to feel discouraged by losing out on homes you make offers on, but her humor and positivity keeps you going.
