Elizabeth Ceccio

Betsy Ceccio has over 15 years’ experience renovating, restoring, marketing, and selling residential properties in New Jersey. She started her career in real estate in the late 1990s as a real estate investor & restoration specialist in the vibrant and historic commuting neighborhoods of Jersey City. Her master's degree in Historic Preservation and experience as an architectural conservator for a firm in NYC enabled her to launch many successful renovation ventures, both for sale and as rental properties.

Betsy grew up in Montclair, NJ and attended the public schools (MHS '87). After 20 years of urban living (Greenwich Village, Boston & Jersey City), she moved back to raise her kids here. She has two sons in the public schools and has first-hand knowledge about both the quality of the local school systems and what each neighborhood has to offer. She is a great resource for anyone interested in the wide variety of beautiful homes in Montclair and the surrounding towns of Essex County.
