She answered every question we had (and we had a lot!) with patience and clarity, and she always kept us in the loop, making sure we felt confident and informed at every step.

Thanks to her expertise and dedication, we were able to close quickly (6 days!) and smoothly on our new home. We truly felt like she had our best interests at heart, and we’re so grateful to have had her by our side during such an important time. Highly recommend!

If it weren't for Elizabeth, we would still be stuck in a house that was making us sick!
Long story short, my husband, my 3 year old daughter, and I were living in a house with a leaky roof and it was full of black mold. Our landlord refused to fix it. We tried for almost 2 years to find a place. Nobody really helped, they just denied us and went on with their lives... UNTIL we met Elizabeth. She tried many different things to get us approved. We talked about homes for sale, rentals, etc. She really put so much time and effort into our situation. Unfortunately our credit was wrecked from past bad decisions, so she offered to coach us on building our credit up! I thought I knew how that all worked, but I really had no idea. We did everything she said to do, and as of right now, we have been in our new apartment for about 9 months, and we have a solid plan in place to buy a home soon 🥹❤️ We are getting our health back, and we are happy again all thanks to her!!!! Elizabeth really cares about her clients and it shows so much. This is what I call going above and beyond. She has set the standard very high for what a realtor should be! I couldn't be more grateful that we found her! I usually do not make reviews this long, but she deserves it. I could even add more to this honestly. Trust and believe Elizabeth will take care of you and your family's needs ❤️

Elizabeth was an excellent realtor. I contacted her from Florida for some potential investments
In Clearlake. She was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. I worked with a lot of realtors over the years. Most of them are pushy and she was the quite the opposite. If you’re in need of a realtor, I highly recommend her!

Elizabeth is the most helpful, honest, all around wonderful realtor i have ever met! She helped us find the perfect home, and the perfect loan agent. We were able to close on our very first house in less than 30 days thanks to her and her team! Elizabeth is such a fun, honest, upbeat person and takes care of every issue that comes up during the home buying process. She will negotiate for items truly important to you and get the best deals. For example, I didn’t own furniture to move into the house and she negotiated $5000 for the existing furniture, which included appliances, outdoor furniture, bookcases, sofas, beds, dressers and even a smart TV! Do yourself a favor if you’re looking for a house and choose Elizabeth to be your realtor!!
