Liz is a great real estate agent and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t quite sure of how the process worked but Liz jumped in and made everything incredibly easy for me. If you are thinking of buying a home and need help, look no further and just call Liz.

First off, she patiently heard what sort of property I was looking for and what were my goals. Next, she was able to line up and arrange 4+ showings the very next day! She was VERY responsive, pleasant to talk to and on top of her game (which I loved). Liz was always one step ahead, so I never had to follow up on anything.

Second, Liz was always looking out for my interest and answered my questions in detail. When I decided to put down an offer, I remember Liz being so diligent with the paperwork and coordinated with the seller. She was able to seamlessly navigate through all the steps.

Third, you want a real estate agent who is well connected. Liz was able to put me in touch with a contact for house inspection, an attorney, some local vendors to gather quotes for inspection findings and so on.

Lastly, she ensured a smooth closing for me. She made sure I got what I was looking for at the end of the day (and especially at a time when market is so competitive). I am very happy I picked Liz as my agent. If you truly need an agent who listens, understands, is knowledgeable and reliable, go with Liz! I hope to work with her again in future.

Liz was amazing. She worked so hard to sell my house and was always quickly responsive. She walked me through the process and whenever I had questions I always knew I could ask her and get a quick response. This was the first time I was selling a house so I didn't know much about the process but I felt I was always in great hands. I can't say enough good things about her. When we sell our current house I will definitely list with Liz again!

Liz is one of the best realtors I have the pleasure of working with. As a Transaction Coordinator, I manage real estate deals with many agents and Liz is fantastic.
