Elizabeth Ferguson joined The Moore Company in September 2016 and brings with her 15 years of experience in the Columbia, South Carolina real estate market. Ferguson spent those first 15 years of her career with Columbia’s largest franchised real estate company where she made a formidable mark. In 2015, she was the top producing agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and has consistently remained in the top 1% of best-performing agents’ market-wide.

Originally from Greenwood, S.C., Ferguson moved to Columbia in 1995 as a first-year student at the University of South Carolina where she graduated Cum Laude four years later with a marketing & management degree. Two years after graduation Elizabeth jumped into real estate and quickly realized she had discovered a true passion and career.

Her negotiating skills, market knowledge and diligence make her a perfect fit for clients looking for a trusted consultant and friend. She is also a fantastic decorator and loves helping home buyers and sellers realize a property’s full potential.
