She communicated with us daily and kept us informed of each step we had a great experience and very smooth process with her assistance and constant attention to every detail. She and her husband Daniel were very attentive and paid great attention to every detail during the home inspection and final walkthrough. I’ve known Liz for years. I was a Realtor in the past but now a bank vice president. I have a broker’s license but with my busy schedule I decided to enlist the services of Liz to help me find a home even though the area was quite a distance from Orange County.   All indications pointed to a price increase in the market. I told her I was ready to look and she got to work immediately. She used all her professional online resources, title companies and marketing trend reports, called on agents and on our first time out found my home.   She helped negotiate a great deal and got me in before the market changed. The timing was so perfect, that once my offer was accepted, the market increased and the sellers received a back up offer much higher than mine. Liz made sure the transaction went smoothly, rush ordering an appraisal to be sure my loan contingency was met and made sure the transaction closed on time.   Her focus and willingness to put the time and effort into her work was the deciding factor to recommend her to list an REO property for the bank. We were highly impressed with the level of care and personal service Liz provided. We were driving around searching for a house to rent and saw one on Zillow that looked interesting. We drove up to the house and called the agent on the sign and Liz answered the call and offered to come up right away to show us the house. As we weren't in a position to sign right away, we did some more research on the neighborhood and then emailed her back a week later to express our interest and she volunteered to go back to the house for us to take pictures and measurements and even negotiated a better price for us. What we appreciated the most is that she and her partner, Daniel, took the time to go very thoroughly through the place with us to check for deficiencies and he came up with creative ideas on how to best babyproof it and took care of everything before we moved in. Liz was recommended to me by a friend. She went above and beyond to find our home. She created a buyer letter for us and sent it out to home owners in the area we wanted to live. Inventory was low and demand was high and yet a homeowner liked our story and we had no competition. We now live in the home of our dreams.   Following the sale, she helped us make our home ready by recommending all the needed services. By the time we moved in, the home was worth much more than what we paid for in our eyes by the superior work done by the vendors.   If you’re looking for a competent, caring and accessible Realtor, you’ve found her! I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Elizabeth French. She knew what we were looking for and found the house we wanted the first time we met with her. She went the extra mile by writing a letter to the sellers, explaining to them why the house meant so much to us. The sellers took our offer instead of the others. We probably wouldn't have gotten our house without her caring enough to make it very personal. I would highly recommend her as an agent.
