I wish there were more than 5 stars to recommend Liz. My husband and I live out of state and were ready to sell our Colorado cabin. Liz made getting the cabin ready to list and then the sale seamless and as easy as possible. We needed inspections and repairs that are difficult to handle from another state and Liz helped with all of that. Anytime we thought we ran into a problem, Liz helped find a solution. We could not have done this without her. Liz truly exceeded all expectations!

Liz Giordano made our home buying and selling experience smooth and actually enjoyable. She was prepared at every turn and highly professional. Liz took the time to get to know the nuances that would make a house a home for our family, which made the process as easy as possible with our young children. Additionally, she has great knowledge of neighborhoods and areas we were interested in. She worked hard to research and preview homes ahead of time for us so our time spent looking at homes together was effective and valuable. She was supportive throughout every step of the process.
