Betsy has been a REALTOR with River’s Edge Realty (formerly Clark Properties) for 11 years. In 2014 She received her Broker’s license and became co-owner of River’s Edge Realty in Windom. Her role at the company is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and assist agents in real estate transactions. She also works directly with clients who are buying and selling property.

Her company's focus is on residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. One of the things she enjoys most about the job is the variety of people she gets to meet. Betsy loves to get to know her buyers and sellers and it is always interesting to hear their stories.
Betsy is a member of the Minnesota National Association of REALTORS (NAR). NAR does a great job of keeping her up-to-date on industry changes as well as a great resource for buyers and sellers. Locally, she is a board member of the Windom Country Club and also Vice President of the Windom Economic Development Authority.
Betsy grew up in rural Windom (north of Bergen). After graduating from MSU, Mankato she worked in economic development at both the municipal and regional levels. Helping people realize their dream of owning their businesses through gap financing and grant writing was something she enjoyed very much. After years of doing this, she got the opportunity to be on the other end of the transaction—as a business owner herself. Coming to work is something that she looks forward to—even on the most challenging days and she is grateful for that.
Betsy and her husband Tory live in Windom and have three children. Tory farms in the Storden area. Their oldest son Alex is beginning his journey in college after graduating from Windom High School in 2015. Caleb is a 5th grader in Windom, and their ‘pink caboose’ Sophia started kindergarten in the Fall of 2016. They enjoy playing golf, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
