Elizabeth Higgins

Elizabeth “Liz” Higgins has built her reputation as an enterprising, knowledgeable and integrity-driven agent who goes above and beyond for each and every client. Prior to joining Compass, Liz lived and worked in Manhattan for nearly a decade and joined The Corcoran Group in 2015. While at Corcoran, Liz was a member of the Leighton Candler Team, which ranks in the top .01% of agents nationwide. She gained experience in all aspects of Manhattan’s real estate market, working with some of the most distinguished clients and exclusive addresses. Having moved from Manhattan to Westchester herself, Liz is uniquely qualified to help buyers from the city transition to life in the suburbs. Before embarking on her career in Real Estate, Liz held sales and business development roles at a series of tech start-ups in the fashion and ecommerce space.

Originally from Hingham, MA, Elizabeth graduated cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross in 2010 and moved to New York shortly thereafter. She resides with her husband Tim, a longtime Westchester resident, son Harry and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Lola. An avid dog-lover and equestrian, Liz’s interests include group workout classes, running, DIY home improvement projects and spending time with family & friends. Liz is also involved in multiple charities and is the former Chair of the junior advisory board of the Cornelia Connelly Center, an educational non-profit that champions girls at risk.
