Five years ago, Liz moved from the Seattle area to Carlsbad. She was a real estate agent for 8 years prior to moving to Southern California. It was an amazing experience being a real estate agent and being a part of the housing frenzy. She left an established business to move to the sunshine of San Diego, but she looks forward to bringing her ability to negotiate and how to price a house at the right price, so it sells quickly during a seller's market. She and her husband fixed up and sold several of their own homes and have helped clients do the same, so she offers an added value for anyone considering a fixer upper.

Liz has been married for over 20 years, and they have one child in college, one in high school and one in elementary. She enjoys giving back to the community and has spent the last 12 years volunteering at her children's school in the classroom, band program or on the PTA. She is a fan of rescuing pets from the animal shelter. They currently have 4 dogs, 1 cat, and a rabbit.
