We can't say enough about Elizabeth. She walked into a situation where another agent dropped the ball. We were coming in from CT to see a bunch of properties in a little more than a 24 hour period. Elizabeth scheduled all of the appointments at a moment's notice and spent all of the time that we had making sure that we saw every property until we found one we liked. She was extremely knowledgeable and so compassionate to our needs. We immediately clicked and therefore had a wonderful experience with her. She guided us through this foreign process in a foreign town flawlessly. She did not miss a detail. She was available via phone, text and email at any time of the day or night to answer questions and make us feel comfortable about the move. She literally coordinated everything. She went above and beyond our wildest dreams. We wholeheartedly recommend Elizabeth for any of your real estate needs. Elizabeth instantly became a friend and we will forever be grateful for everything she has done for us. She is second to none. We've never experienced service like this before. She is outstanding. I chose to work with Elizabeth Lavandera for many reasons. I wanted a realtor who took the time to find exactly what my parents were looking for. Elizabeth's relentless pursuit in finding that home made what could have been a stressful process - an easy one. She was tenacious, knowledgeable, organized, easily available, and punctual.
