I’ve used Liz as my agent three times, twice to buy a home and once to sell. Each time, she’s demonstrated deep knowledge of current market dynamics and the ups/downs of different neighborhoods. Her strategy for both offers and the sale were excellent, achieving the desired outcomes at the desired prices. If you’re looking for an agent, whether to buy or sell, I would highly recommend her.

Liz is personable, patient, prompt, and professional. As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I had a lot of questions and some anxiety about making such a large purchase. Liz took it all in stride, explaining the ins-and-outs of the home buying process, what to expect when working with lenders, and had a very sharp eye when touring homes. She notices the details, shares them with you, and explains what they mean. She also listens and quickly learns what sort of home and neighborhood meet your criteria.

When it came to a competitive offer process, Liz's bidding strategy was sound and defensible. And it worked in our favor.

I would highly recommend Liz and her team for anyone seeking to buy a property in the DMV.
