Buying a home is one of the most important investments of your life; that’s why Elizabeth approaches every client with the utmost respect, transparency, and attentiveness. She obtained her real estate license in 2017 after relocating from busy New York City to Austin’s sunny streets, and she leverages this experience to connect with out-of-state buyers while showcasing the city’s many wonders. Deeply involved in the community herself, Elizabeth is the Managing Director of Texas Young Professionals, 2022 Chair of the Austin Board of REALTORS® Foundation, a Committee Chair in the Junior League of Austin, and a member of the Austin Symphony Bats.
With extensive knowledge of both the buying and selling process, Elizabeth is also a perfect fit for first-time homeowners looking to settle in Central Austin or the surrounding suburbs. From pouring over inspection reports to showing up to closing appointments, Elizabeth is committed to going the extra mile for her clients and providing hands-on assistance for new homebuyers who are unfamiliar with the process. As your first point of contact and a straightforward communicator, she is always available for a quick chat to answer questions.
In addition to a B.A. from Lehigh University, Elizabeth earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designations early in her career. Hailing from a background in sales, she is an expert negotiator who won Top Producing Agent three years in a row at her previous brokerage. Prior to real estate, Elizabeth tried a bit of everything, from co-founding an international stationery and gifts company in Montreal to leading purchasing for a fashion company in New York City.
In 2021, Elizabeth and her husband established The Austin Craftsman, a home improvement and remodeling company. As Elizabeth’s licensed assistant, her husband, Nick, offers unique insight during the buying and selling process. Utilizing 15+ years remodeling and new home construction experience, he points out the remodeling potential of older properties and indicates key issues for sellers to address before listing, and the duo will remain a valuable resource and repository of expert real estate knowledge, even after closing.
Currently, Elizabeth lives in East Austin with her husband and son. A workout aficionado and avid traveler, she has adventured through 49 countries thus far. She is also constantly exploring local businesses and knows the best new restaurants in town. Elizabeth loves striking up conversations with new people, so do not hesitate to give her a call!
