About Elizabeth

Elizabeth O’Neill brings an exceptional level of integrity, professionalism, and client service to her many transactions. She has successfully represented buyers and sellers in the city’s most competitive areas including Park Avenue, Fifth Avenue, Central Park West, the West and East Villages, Harlem, as well as several neighborhoods in Brooklyn. She is delighted to be a part of The Leslie S. Modell Team at Sotheby’s International Realty - East Side Manhattan Brokerage, which was ranked a top five team in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Elizabeth places a premium on relationships and knows that includes not only her clients, but colleagues, managing agents, and co-brokers as well. She has successfully managed complex transactions including new developments, townhouses, trusts and estates, exclusive coops, professional space, 1031 exchanges, and short sales. Persuasive and articulate communications skills, analytical ability, and a tremendous work ethic combined with an unparalleled enthusiasm for helping clients are key to her success. Clients also appreciate her approachable demeanor, genuine concern for others, and keen sense of humor.

Having been a highly regarded marketing and branding professional holding high profile positions including vice president of global marketing for Goldman Sachs, senior vice president of marketing at Ann Taylor Stores, and vice presidencies at several Omnicom Companies, her real estate success has been fueled by her prior career experience. Her many glowing client endorsements, repeat business, and high percentage of referred clients speak volumes.

When not scouring flea markets and consignment shops for vintage treasures or discovering what’s new in the city she loves, Elizabeth supports The New Victory Theater, the Allen-Stevenson School, and her parish, Holy Name/St. Gregory’s. She resides on the Upper West Side with her husband Jim and their son Joshua. Elizabeth has the distinction of having completed New York Residential Specialist Program.
