Elizabeth Otok has had a connection to our lives for over 20 years.

In the fall of 2000 we were planning to sell our home of over 28 years to down size to another home in South Orange County. She filled our needs expertly in both roles of selling and buying agent.
We had frequent contact with her in the passing years.

More recently we were selling the home we purchased in 2000 preparing for a move out of state. This occasion occurred during the Covid pandemic. She made the event go very smoothly and successfully, guiding us through all the necessary steps. We had a buyer within 4 days of showing to 36 parties and receiving 11 offers, all but one over asking price. In the end we sold for $40,000 over asking price and we were very pleased and comfortable with the entire transaction.
