Elizabeth Payne

Elizabeth is a professional Realtor (CLHMS, CSA) and a native of the Nashville, Middle Tennessee area with a big servant’s heart! She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Business Leadership from Bethel University and worked at the Better Business Bureau of Middle TN for 11 years, serving 47 counties. She speaks French as a second language due to being a teenage missionary kid and preacher’s daughter in France and French Guiana, South America. Real estate is a passion for Elizabeth, allowing her to blend her love for Tennessee with her desire to serve others.

She won the Greater Nashville Realtors Association Award of Excellence for her real estate sales in 2021 and 2023. In 2021 and 2023, she also received the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award, recognizing her as among the top 15% of agents globally for her success in serving clients moving from other states and countries.

She loves being able to assist homeowners, helping them navigate and eliminate the stress that often comes with selling or buying a home. As a business owner with more than 25 years of experience in business development and executive management in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, Elizabeth enjoys working with real estate investors who understand the great investment opportunities that the Nashville real estate market provides!

Elizabeth has always been very active in her community and earned the Volunteer Spirit Award from Williamson County, Franklin Tomorrow in 2016. She currently serves on the Spring Hill, TN planning commission, is the President of her local neighborhood HOA, is the Secretary/Treasurer of Rock Spring Cemetery Association,and serves on the board of the FBI National Citizens Academy Association - Nashville Chapter. She also volunteers in her community during her free time, offering leadership consulting services, and can be found at many local fundraising events throughout the year. Elizabeth is an avid sports fan, beachgoer, book reader, art lover, aspiring pianist, and enjoys traveling to faraway places that serve really good food or offer great architectural sites!
