Elizabeth "Zibby" Rowe, Broker-owner and President, combines her experience in commercial and residential real estate to oversee our company's asset, property management, and leasing services. Zibby focuses on commercial mixed-use, multi-family, and residential properties. She looks for projects that make communities more walkable and sustainable, while not compromising on profitability.

A San Diego native, she graduated from San Diego State University, where she majored in Business, with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in Environmental and Sustainability Studies. In 2012, Zibby was part of the four-person team to win the intercollegiate NAIOP Real Estate Development Challenge.

Zibby holds active memberships with the Urban Land Institute, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the Real Estate Society Alumni group of San Diego State University. Zibby holds the Certified Property Manager designation with IREM, and Property Management Master from the California Association of Realtors®.
