Growing up in the charming town of Lava Hot Springs, Liz Rutger learned early on that home is more than just a place—it’s where memories are made. After graduating from high school, she jumped straight into real estate and has been helping people buy and sell homes across Southeast Idaho since earning her license in 2002.
Over the years, Liz has become known as a local expert. Whether it’s finding the perfect family home, a vacation getaway, or an investment property, she knows the area like only a true local can.
Liz’s dedication to her clients and her profession has earned her numerous accolades, including being named Realtor of the Year in 2008. She has also devoted countless hours to serving the real estate community, holding leadership roles with the Greater Pocatello Association of Realtors, serving on Professional Standards committees, and currently contributing to the Grievance Committee for the Idaho Association of Realtors.
Jesse moved to Idaho at a very young age and has embraced the Idaho lifestyle since childhood. He has extensive sales management experience and will put those skills to work for you. He will listen to your wants and needs and will help you to find exactly what you are looking for. He became part of the List with Liz Team in 2021 and has contributed to the team’s great success. Jesse is a fluent Spanish speaker and is able to assist the community in ways that the team was unable previously. When he is not working he enjoys all of the outdoor activities that Idaho has to offer. He also loves to travel and to support local festivities with his wife and two kids. Jesse is a huge supporter of the community and took it upon himself to create the most successful Fundraiser the School District had ever seen to support the kids in the community that fall in the Gap for school lunch program. Jesse also serves on the Local Parade of Homes Builder Association Committee and Jesse earned Idaho State Journal's #1 recommended Realtor in 2025!
