I don't know if there are enough characters allowed on this to describe how incredibly Elizabeth Sikora is! In 2012 I was in search of a rental property in an affordable price range. I happened upon a sign, called the number "Liz" answered. I asked if the house was for rent, she explained it was for sale. She then asked what I was looking for. After I explained she asked me if I had ever thought of buying. I said I had but I always thought you had to have a ton of money saved for down payments which I had none. She started to explain how there were several ways for a 1st time buyer to purchase a home. After a chat, we made an appointment for her and I to meet and go looking. She interviewed me to understand what I needed and wanted. She worked just as hard for me and my measly 1st time buyer home as she did for multi million dollar buyers! She found every facet to help me in my financial shortcomings. After a few showings of places in my price range, she found one. Liz kept urging me to take another look at this particular one. The 1st showing I wasn't that impressed. Couple more and I was sold. I lived there for 8 years and it was an awesome house I loved it! That 1st time buyers experience still resonates with me. I would tell everyone I knew about how if you ever need to buy a house, I know someone! I still tell people that.

Jump to the year 2020 (ugh right?). Time to sell for my own personal reasons. People would tell me I should interview a few different Realtors. But I knew already who I was going to have help me in THIS side of ownership! I did interview a couple and felt bad about wasting their time. But I KNEW I needed to call Liz.

Liz had my house sold faster than lightning! She was unbelievably focused and worked tirelessly for me....again! I will always be forever grateful to Liz. Her experience and expertise is unmatched from what I've seen by others in her field.

Elizabeth Sikora is hands down THE most professional, friendliest, knowledgable, experienced agent I have had the pleasure of knowing all these years. And yes, she kept in contact with me all those years which always touched me at how thoughtful she was. SO many sellers / buyers and she has time for ME.

If you are a 1st time buyer or need the mansion you've always wanted, there is no other than Elizabeth Sikora! Thank you Liz!!

Another great experience in the books with Liz, this time with buying AND selling!

After I grew out of the first home Liz helped me find and purchase, she made putting it on the market a breeze. Her group provided professional photography to add to the listing, which really made it stand out, and I had a contract in hand in 4 days! Liz made the process as simple as it could possibly be, and was invaluable in evaluating and negotiating offers. It’s great to be able to have someone who learns YOU, and who you can then trust to use their industry knowledge to guide you towards the best decision.

Finding a home was another amazing experience with Liz taking the lead, showing me properties that were right for ME. Throughout two home buying experiences with her, I’ve probably only visited 10 houses. She was again able to quickly learn requirements and preferences on style, size, area, and budget, and find the perfect place.

Will undoubtedly be going right back to Liz the next time I’m looking for a home!
