About Elizabeth
As a former corporate attorney at Kirkland & Ellis, Elizabeth brings an impressive expertise in contract law and negotiations to every transaction. She is a professional who knows how to advocate for a client, pay attention to details and most importantly follow a deal to a successful conclusion. She is also a published Law Review Author and former market analyst at ITW Medalist, Inc. and uses her analytical and writing skills to position properties at optimum market price.
On the buy side of a transaction, Elizabeth will not "sell" you a home, but rather will provide you with as much information as possible on comparable sales, market trends, quality of construction, neighborhoods and schools so you can make an informed home buying decision. In this competitive real estate market, she also utilizes her vast network of broker and personal connections to ensure her clients are among the first to view properties before they hit the market.
On the sell side of a transaction, Elizabeth will SELL your home for its maximum market value. Her ability to stage a home to perfection is unparalleled in the industry. Elizabeth has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to transform homes in record time working hand in hand with her talented team of trades people. To date, all her listings have sold significantly over list price with multiple offers which is a direct function of the time and effort she invests in staging and styling a home, coordinating repairs and making substantial cosmetic updates to appeal to an aesthetic that today's buyer is willing to pay a premium for.
Elizabeth has extensive international experience living seven years as an expat in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore. She intimately understands the stress of the moving process and acclimating to a new community whether abroad or just next door and is available every step of the way to help her clients. She makes the experience of selling or purchasing a home and your transition into a new community seamless.
No stranger to hard work or success, Elizabeth grew up as one of the premier tennis players in the United States winning a USTA National Championship in doubles and earning USTA rankings as high as 3rd in the nation. Elizabeth's tennis career earned her a full-athletic scholarship to the University of Virginia. At her core, Elizabeth is a competitor who will fight for you and make you her number one priority.
As a North Shore resident for the past 22 years, Elizabeth knows the North Shore inside and out -- from the best schools and sports organizations, to her knowledge of microneighborhoods, to her network of trades people and designers -- she has you covered every step of the way. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband Brian and their 4 children Pressley (22), Grace (20), Lucy (17) & Hutton (13) and pursuing her passion for interior design as well as her new found love of pilates. Elizabeth also serves on the Winnetka PTO, the Skokie Country Club Racquets Committee and the Winnetka Board of the Northwestern University Settlement House.
