Elizabeth made buying out-of-state a beyond smooth experience with her confident expertise, care, and kindness. She was very accommodating of our schedule and was extremely responsive. Showings with her were so helpful, as she provided great insight on each listing with her deep knowledge of homes, builders, neighborhoods, etc. Once we were ready to place an offer, she guided us easily through the negotiations, inspections, etc. Elizabeth went above and beyond by offering to be present whenever we couldn’t be. We are moving to Tennessee after 60+ years in Calif. We wanted to get the best the mid-state area could offer south of Nashville and close to where our kids are moving with the grandkids. We wanted a large house with an acre of land. Elizabeth and team really helped us not only find but close the deal. Our whole family is relocating and are using her for all our relocation needs. We are in the middle of selling our current Calif home and expect to move to Columbia right after the end of the year. In 2023 we'll all be Tennessee residents. It is my joy and honor to write a review for miss Elizabeth Taylor. My first contact with Elizabeth took place literally seconds after I inquired about a property in Spring Hill, TN. She was that responsive! I was instantly comforted by her warmth and our easy conversation. Somehow we found a handful of commonalities in the 10-or-so minutes we spoke that first time. I was looking to relocate with my family to TN from California which was contingent upon my husband getting the position for which he was interviewing.
