Elizabeth Taylor was an awesome buyer’s real estate agent for us. As out-of-state and first-time home buyers (...and parents of baby twins), the home buying process sounded quite daunting. However, with Elizabeth’s masterful guidance and candor, it could not have been easier or more stress-free. We didn’t know her prior to buying our home but feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. She felt like a long-time friend that we could wholeheartedly trust to represent our best interest and serve as team captain of our buying team. It was great to hear positive feedback about Elizabeth from our lender and home inspector. Both remarked what a pleasure it was to work with her, stating that her sense of ownership, urgency, and professionalism were top-notch (even our new neighbors liked her) . We fully agree with them and would love to work with her again in the future!

Elizabeth was referred to me by a friend/coworker. I’m so thankful he did because Elizabeth was an awesome agent. I asked her to help me find me a rental or permanent home in the Nashville area. I’ve never used a realtor in this manner, but she quickly tailored a search criterion to fit my rental and home buying needs. Her knowledge of the real estate market in the Nashville area was very impressive. What I appreciated the most about working with Elizabeth was her transparency, responsiveness, and real estate knowledge! I was successful in retaining a rental property that exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to start working with Elizabeth to find a permanent home in the near future. Elizabeth was the best realtor I have ever met and was incredibly helpful. She was very responsive and very sweet about showing different houses. Her video tours were top notch (we are out of state) and the house was as expected the first time I saw it in person. She’s very knowledgeable and honest about houses. She gave great insight when touring the houses and there are no surprises with her. I felt like I I was working with a long time friend that I could fully trust. Elizabeth assisted with the selling and purchasing of our new home. She was by our side through both transactions, communicating with us frequently to keep us up to speed. Our new home was a brand new build, which can be a very intimidating process. She was there for us at every meeting, answering any questions we had. It was very encouraging to have her on our side.

This will be my wife and I’s 3rd home we bought and 2nd we’ve sold with Liz. Every step of the way, at each home, she made sure it was going to be right and if it wasn’t she wasn’t afraid to tell us because she wanted the absolute best for us. Her knowledge about homes and the area came in handy when we almost closed on a home with NO water pressure. She is thorough and very detail oriented. There has never been a time we felt unprepared or overwhelmed by the whole process. She is on task even when we weren’t and was very graceful in the timing of things that needed to be turned in. My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Elizabeth on the purchase of a new home and the sale of it within the same year (due to unforeseen work related relo). Her professionalism, communication, market knowledge, and energy put us at ease. She is extremely dedicated and responsive. We were moving from IL to TN and had the good fortune of finding Elizabeth. She grew up in the Nashville area and is extremely knowledgeable of the various locales. Coupled with her real estate expertise, she was perfect in terms of the professional expertise you hope to find. However, as important for us were her other qualities. Our timeframe for moving was fluid and longer than originally expected due to the pandemic. She was very patient with us. She also was extremely responsive and diligent during our search and found homes that were spot on in terms of what we were seeking - she listened to us. Finally, she is very personable, reliable and credible. We came to trust her so much we ultimately found a home while in IL - she Facetimed the home visit and we offered based on that and her perspective. We are all moved in and couldn't be happier.
