The only name you need to know when it comes to real estate Elizabeth Urbanski. Elizabeth is a fantastic professional. After 7 months of frustration with 2 other realtors trying to buy my first home someone suggested I contact Elizabeth because they also had a positive home buying and selling experiences with her. I'm so glad I reached out to her. She got me in to view a home I was interested in right away. She shared her vast knowledge of homes and knew what to look for, things I never even considered previously. She submitted my offer quickly and I was in under contract soon. She made the process going forward so easy and was quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had about the various steps like home inspection, etc. and made me comfortable with the whole process. In only 5 weeks I was able to close on first home. I'm forever grateful to Elizabeth for helping me achieve my goal of home ownership and I will never hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate..
