Very enjoyable experience, if I could give her 100 stars, I would! Personally, I really do not enjoy dealing with realtors, or sales people in general, for that matter; however, Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! She knew everything there was to know about the area (Lee County), and answered every single one of my questions. She ended up finding a wonderful home for my boys and I, and was very caring and pleasant to be around. Even my kids were crazy about her! I could go on forever saying wonderful things about this woman, but the bottom line is, you definitely will not be disappointed if you choose her!! C. RODRIGUEZ, CAPE CORAL, FL

Elizabeth is the best! She's passionate about her work, takes excellent care of her clients, offers great advice about how to handle the process, has an encyclopedic knowledge of the area, is really competitive about getting the best price for her clients, and has local connections for anything else you might need. She sold my last house and and did so great that I asked her to help me buy my next home. We'd found the perfect home when my financing fell through. I was heartbroken and asked her to draft a letter that would back us out of the deal. A couple hours later she rang and said she might have another lender for me. I'm a title professional, and I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Elizabeth in many transactions. My favorite attribute of hers is her ability to be fair and open to every party involved. Morals and ethics are still important to me, and they are important to Elizabeth as well. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Cape Coral, FL. with Elizabeth and must say that I was extremely satisfied with her level of attention to detail. Having never met prior, I was immediately impressed with her outstanding ability to listen to her clients' and carefully select properties that would be suited for you based on the criteria you have established. Due to my limited work availability, she was able to schedule nearly a dozen showings that day on short notice with my fianc and myself, and ironically we bought the first property she showed us. Elizabeth has an excellent ability to visualize the potential of a property and realize what items are cosmetic changes versus things that could seriously impact the sale or asking price. She was attentive 24/7 via telephone, text, email, and continues to be an expert resource for any needs you may have post sale. She is an outstanding negotiator and was instrumental in explaining Florida real estate law and the entire contract in detail, since we were not aware of some of the variances from state we were coming from.
