Elizabeth Whittier

Liz Whittier is a life-long resident of St Louis with extensive experience in the West County and St. Charles markets. She offers a wealth of knowledge regarding the purchase and sale of real estate in the Metro St. Louis area as well as out-state Missouri.

Liz graduated from the Coldwell Banker Gundaker School of Real Estate in 2003 and began working to successfully build her portfolio of business which has resulted in a multi-million dollar producer-status each year since 2004. In 2009 Liz pursued and obtained her broker’s license and opened Whittier Realty Group. Her vision was to operate a real estate company which offered flexibility, not only to her clients, but also to agents that joined her team. Liz and Whittier Realty Group advertise homes using every feasible avenue available, ensuring her clients receive the most exposure while their home is listed. Using exceptional negotiating skills, unsurpassed work ethic and her extensive industry network of contacts, her #1 priority is for both buyers and sellers to have a smooth transaction from list to close, and to obtain 100% satisfaction.

In her “down” time, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband, Rod, her son, Evan, and their dog, Barney, reading and home decorating. Additionally, you may hear her sing with her band in various venues around town, as well as leading worship at her church. She loves animals, especially dogs, and donates to the Missouri Humane Society and Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
