Elizabeth Willingham

Elizabeth is the owner/Broker in Charge of Agape Real Estate Solutions LLC. She has worked for over two decades in the Real Estate industry. She has served a wide spectrum of clients over the years, but her love for providing the best possible transaction experience is still strong. She opened ARES in January 2009, around the time the Real Estate industry collapsed. Elizabeth’s passion for educating Home Sellers and Buyers concerning the real estate process is driven by witnessing the industry fall-out of 2008-09. This led to hard-working families losing their homes to foreclosures due to sub-prime lending practices.

We're thanking God for many awesome years of serving our clients. We were able to assist clients overcome down payment concerns, credit repair issues using our Credit Repair Rebate Program, negotiations concerning the real estate contracts while making sure to keep our clients at the helm, and much more. We even helped small business owners and/or 1099 independent contractors with their special financing needs to purchase a home or purchase a store front. She graduated from Limestone College with an AS in Business Administration in 2015. She holds the GRI, e-Pro, and At Home with Diversity industry designations.

Elizabeth continues to build her industry knowledge by attending State of South Carolina Realtors conferences and local Broker update meetings. She has grown the company to six Realtors with room for more.

Finally, her passion is sharing the Gospel and God has blessed her to be a part of the Good News Club. This is an awesome after school program that teaches children about Jesus. Psalms 119: 10-11 is her life verse.
