I have known Ella for close to 10 years through real estate. She is the most hard working and caring person you will ever meet. She goes the extra 10 miles and will do anything to look out for the clients' interest. She has a heart of gold and is always finding creative ways to market the house for her client. I would give Ella a lot more than 5 stars if I could! Ella Jones and her team worked with my husband and I to sell our home and even with all of the ups and downs (not her doing, but the buyers), Ella and her team handled it like the pro she is! Ella and Jessica her Transaction Coordinator always kept us updated (communication is a HUGE thing for me) and didn't sugar coat things when they were not so good, which I not only appreciate, but respect.

Well, I don’t think a review does justice to describe Ella. But I’ll try... Ella is no longer just our Realtor, she is a family friend. She is honest and very very mindful of your goals. We were working with another real estate agent before her and our lives were hell, we didn’t have the info we needed we were being pushed into buying something we didn’t like or could afford. After that horrid experience, we met Ella and the perspective changed. She guided us through everything and put us in contact with her team which was very kind and knowledgeable.
We have been at our condo for exactly a year and we couldn’t be happier.

Ella was a steady hand in the up and down process of escrow. She staged our home beautifully and it sold in 8 days! She was always available for questions and made sure she was transparent in all communication. When the buyer made last minute demands ,she made all the arrangements. We first met Ella at an Open House for our new home. She was very welcoming and took the time to not only speak with us, but our young daughter as well (which made our daughter’s day). Ella is fantastic. She has a calm, fun, and personable style that sets a perfect tone for the whole process. She was incredibly patient with our all-over-the–place home searching style. I appreciated being able to take the time to see a variety of houses and not feeling rushed to decide. Once we decided on a house, she did a great job communicating with the listing agent, and putting together an offer that considered more than just the listing price. She was beyond organized and thorough with scheduling inspections/re-inspections/various addendums. She managed to orchestrate a fast, and on time close, even with a lot of unexpected moving parts. Ella has a high level of integrity and went above and beyond throughout the whole process.
