Beginning a career as a REALTOR ® in ‘the Kennebunks on the southern seacoast of Maine, Elle has enjoyed this field, and dedicates herself to lifelong learning, a benefit to her clients. Some of her more notable listings have included a Dairy Farm, a berm house, The Historic Wallingford Hall, and a home with its own private airstrip won in a poker game on an aircraft carrier, patrolling the South Pacific during World War II. Currently a Florida based agent with Coldwell Banker Realty, her niche is in residential sales, with a focus on global clients. Expect diligence, service; before, during and after the sale. Elle's real estate career spans over 17 years: this includes doing title searches, auctions, land development, pro-formas, 1031 exchanges, rentals, pre-foreclosure sales, and tough negotiations. In 2019 she became a certified consultant with the Dubai Land Department, UAE, and is also recognized as an authorized real estate partner with Muscat Bay, The Sultanate of Oman. In addition, Elle is a member of the Suncoast Global Council, and makes referrals throughout the USA and abroad. Fluent in Spanish and French, with a Master's Degree in Teaching Foreign Languages, Elle is currently learning Greek and has studied various cultures. Elle has also written about US/Mexican Cultural differences and taught Spanish and culture for approximately 13 years. She recounts, ‘ I was born in Philadelphia, lived on the Italian Riviera, France, Mexico, Spain, California, Massachusetts, Maine, and in Florida the longest of all.
