Epic performance. Elle expertly guided us through the preparation of our home for sale, including the selection of various contractors who were all great. The complimentary and thorough session with a professional to help us stage the home was incredibly helpful. She also piloted our search and ultimate purchase of our new home. Elle had to deal with a multitude of issues with our buyer’s lender. To say her diligence and fortitude was remarkable to get us over the selling finish line would be a massive understatement. If you’re reading these reviews, you’re looking for a realtor. There’s no need to read any further. Elle Hatcher, Compass RE, is the real deal, not only a 5 Star realtor but more importantly a 5 Star person. For Elle, it’s not about putting people in a house, it’s about helping a family find a home that’s perfect for them. I had the opportunity to work with Elle to help my daughter, son-in-law and two grandkids find the perfect house in their relocation from Illinois to College Grove, TN. While down in the Franklin area visiting family, we worked with Elle over a span of 3 days, searching the housing market. Working as a team, we communicated with our daughter/son-in-law back in Illinois, and we got a deal done on a beautiful home. Elle put her heart into helping our family. She got our daughter’s family into a home that’s only 1.5 miles away from our other daughter's family. Two sisters back together, cousins close to each other, for me that’s “A Beautiful Thing.”
There’s lots of options when looking for a realtor. Some are good, some are bad, and then there’s Elle, a 5 Star realtor and a 5 Star person.

Through all of this we’ve used a lot of real estate agents and by far the Lord led us to Elle who has been the most professional agent we’ve ever used. After a conversation about our wants/needs Elle suggested we consider buying a home and made some great recommendations for lenders in the area. Fast forward a few weeks and we were approved for a mortgage and found our dream home!
