Ellen was recommended to me by a friend and she was great! She is a true professional. Even though there were some obstacles to overcome with COVID-19 and the restrictions in place, Ellen helped me pick the right time to place my condo on the market and determine the right price. Within a week I had a buyer! Ellen went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly from the beginning to the closing. Ellen Cohen is an amazing REALTOR!!!! I have worked with her on the sale and purchase of four properties. She is extremely knowledgable whether you are selling you home or purchasing a new home or resale. I first employed Ellen's services to sell my town house. I needed the proceeds from that sale to purchase my first single family home. Ellen found the buyer for my townhouse and made the process seamless and without hassle. She then found my first single family home and helped me negotiate the price for the new home. A few years later, I purchased a new home in a new development. Ellen found the home for me even though it appeared to be under contract. The previous contract had fallen through but the "under contract" sign had not been taken down. Ellen contacted the property manager for the development and assisted me in signing a contract for the house. She then advised me on architectural tweaks that could be done to the house while it was being built. Her knowledge of construction is unparalleled!!!! I was able to move into the home of my dreams with the extras I desired due to Ellen's experience as a REALTOR. A few years ago, Ellen assisted my family in putting my dad's home on the market... it sold in less than 24 hours!!!!!! She then assisted my family in hiring a moving company to move and sell the furniture prior to closing which took place three weeks after we accepted the contract from the new buyer!!!! Ellen's long term experience as a REALTOR has enabled her to earn the trust of her clients again and again.
