My wife and I would like to offer this letter of recommendation for Ellen Dudley. I’m a commercial real estate attorney, so I was initially reluctant to engage a real estate broker. I thought I could handle it all myself and save on the commission. It was great to work with Ellen, and she made the process of buying a house much easier. She was always available to answer our questions, provide insights on the market, and even go on our behalf to a few open houses that we were unable to attend. Most importantly, she arranged a walk-through at the house that we eventually purchased days before the official open house. In addition to simply helping us find a house, she has been a great resource for identifying other professionals associated with buying and owning a home. We have used and been pleased with her recommendations for a home-inspector, locksmith, and most recently, a painter.
