Their willingness to go above and beyond, whether it was clarifying information, working with the title company and buyer's realtor, or being present at our home when we could not be there, they got the job done. Ellen Gomez was recommended to us by a friend of a friend. She was recommended on the basis of her integrity and my husband and I found that to be true. We contacted Ellen and she adjusted her schedule to meet with us when we were in town. She is very pleasant to work with. It did not take long for us to realize that Ellen was a godsend. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and she has connections and history with many builders. She took us around to many different types of communities so that we were able to better understand our preferences and priorities. On communities we visited, her assistant, Susan would send us additional information about activities and trails in the surrounding area. Ellen was patient as we revisited properties that interested us. She was proactive in outlining for us the steps necessary in order to buy and settle on our property. We had some peculiar situations that arose on our part and she made calls, attended meetings and developed strategies to advocate and negotiate on our behalf successfully. We always felt confident that Ellen was working with our best interests in mind. We are very happy that Ellen served as our realtor and now consider her a friend. We highly recommend Ellen.
