Ellen Holt at Re/Max was my nominated seller’s agent and she did a fantastic job for me. In my experience, she was very thorough in explaining the documents to sign, providing realistic comps, arranging frequent Open House events, and ALWAYS being readily available 24/7.

I was out of town and had an issue at my house and after a call she promptly drove to my house and solved the matter. Ellen was very reliable and just a pleasant person to work with. I was very pleased with her performance.
