Ellen likes to say that she grew up in the phone company. Working in both the customer service and marketing departments, Ellen helped introduce new products and services that allowed clients to stay connected to their family and friends. Throughout her telecommunication career Ellen strived to provide her customers and their communities with honest reliable services. Ellen’s customers always came first. She set her sights on `Surprising and Delighting' them and always provided their customers with the `Spirit of Service'. In July 2014 Ellen was fortunate to make a career move from telecommunications to real estate. Knowing that she wanted to be true to her heart and continue serving people in a meaningful way Ellen joined Realty ONE. Here she embraces her clients and treats them like family. Ellen will listen to her clients wants and needs represent their best interests at all negotiations and oversee all the transaction, so they won't have anything to worry about. Ellen’s success is achieved by gaining client trust and satisfaction. As with her previous role in the phone company Ellen’s clients are number one. Her objective is to Surprise and Delight them while providing a strong Spirit of Service. Ellen will know that she has reached that goal when they refer her to someone, they care about so she can `Surprise and Delight' them.
