Ellen Larios

Ellen is a native of the Peninsula, growing up in San Mateo and later attending the University of San Francisco. She has proudly and successfully sold real estate since 2000. Ellen’s early career days began at Cashin Company, a small “mom and pop” brokerage on the Peninsula. There, Ellen truly learned the values and patience required to help clients in buying and selling real estate. When Ellen’s family and friends started to show interest in the real estate market, her top priority was to be diligent with their needs and guide them through the process.

Ellen takes pride in her position as a realtor, and it is clear that her clients have full trust in her. When dealing with the flux of the market, Ellen’s knowledge and expertise is valued when working with first time home buyers, sellers, dealing with 1031 exchanges, new construction homes, and probate/trust sales. Her business model is based on referrals and repeat business. When dealing with all of the complexities and emotions that come with a real estate transaction, Ellen has the skills to navigate through it. It takes the right contacts, project managing, negotiating skills, and communication to make a transaction successful, and Ellen brings all of these to the table.
