Ellen listens carefully, then works to find the best solutions to her clients' home buying, selling and investing needs. She has been a Residential REALTOR® since returning to San Diego in 2018. Ellen’s clients include investors, VA buyers, second homeowners, primary homeowners and neighbors. In her first full year in real estate, she represented buyers in over $6 million in closings.
In 2023, Ellen represented investors, buyers and sellers in almost $10 million in closings. In January 2024, she was recognized as one of the top 10% producers of all REALTORS® in San Diego County and awarded the Real Estate Achievement and Leadership (R.E.A.L.) Award from the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS®.
Ellen has been a real estate investor since the 1990s, including multi-unit apartment buildings, single family residences, townhomes and condos. These properties include long-term rentals, vacation rentals as well as mid-term rentals.
Ellen started her career as a CPA, and more recently worked in client services, sales and marketing of accounting services to clients in both real estate and construction. During this time, Ellen received her MBA degree from LMU in Los Angeles. Her family life took her to various locations in the U.S. while she worked as a successful business professional. Being no stranger to real estate, she bought, sold and worked with homebuilders in her many moves.
Ellen lives in the community of Sea Point in Del Mar with her dog Hazy and is delighted to have many of her clients living nearby in and around her community. When not focused on real estate, Ellen loves to ride her bike along the coast, play pickleball, practice yoga, hike Torrey Pines and travel. She has two daughters, one who is currently attending SDSU. Go Aztecs!
